Communications. The year appearing in square brackets (rather than parentheses) indicates this was a biography appearing earlier in the Communications, not the obituary.

Readers of this web page are asked please to notice any blanks in this list (such as date of death, published obituary, or deaths of I.A.P.P.P. members that we have missed altogether) and send the missing information to Co-Editor Douglas S. Hall so he can fill in the blanks. If there is a blank for a published obituary, and you can write one, please do so. Such obituaries will be published in an up-coming issue of the I.A.P.P.P. Communications and a corresponding entry added to this list. Again, contact Co-Editor Hall.
